An investigation is now underway following a crash that happened on Monday afternoon on Highway 203 near milepost 24 in Baker County, that claimed the life of a man from Baker City. Oregon State Police say 61 year old Dennis Brock was southbound, when the pickup truck he was driving ran off the road and flipped over. Brock… who is believed to have not been wearing his seatbelt… was ejected during the rollover. His body was discovered near the vehicle when first responders arrived. Brock was declared dead at the scene.
