The Union County Sheriff’s Office stepped in after getting a report of suspected illegal pills at the Central School in La Grande School District. A deputy arrived there, and found a pill bottle with a large amount of suspected Fentanyl pills in it… all in a seven-year-old student’s belongings. The investigation led to the parents of the seven-year-old being interviewed, and that led to both parents of the seven-year-old being taken into custody. 25 year old Troi Linn O’Quinn of La Grande and 28 year old Attoway Reeder Davis of La Grande are each now facing a string of serious charges. The whole thing remains under investigation.
