Union County Public Works will commence road widening on Summerville Road from May 6th to the end of May, weather permitting. The project covers a three-mile stretch from Highway 204 to Sanderson Springs Road, part of an annual effort to widen sections of Summerville Road. Expect narrow lanes, reduced speeds, and delays of up to 20 minutes. Traffic control will be in place with flaggers and pilot cars.
