Local law enforcement agencies in Northeast Oregon are issuing a warning about counterfeit $100 bills circulating at businesses. Despite passing marker and black light tests, these bills lack watermarks, exposing them as fake. Businesses have reported losses totaling $3,000. The Baker City Police Department is investigating similar incidents.
