In Portland, police have announced one of their largest single-day drug busts in history, resulting in the seizure of approximately $2 million worth of narcotics. The operation, which took place last Thursday along Interstate 5, involved the Portland Police Bureau and a multi-agency task force. Authorities confiscated 90 pounds of methamphetamine, 11 pounds of fentanyl, and 3.8 pounds of heroin. The investigation is ongoing.
