A Baker City man was arrested for throwing rocks at vehicles on I-84. 49 year old George Wesley was taken into custody by Oregon State Police near Milepost 208 Eastbound at North Powder after witnesses reported Wesley’s erratic behavior and rock-throwing. Police say he appeared intoxicated and claimed he needed medical help, but was cleared at the hospital with no medical need. Wesley was then booked into the Baker County Jail for Disorderly Conduct II.
