La Grande’s Morgan Lake will reopen on April 22nd, just in time for some spring fishing. The lake will be stocked with 500 legal trout during the opening week and an additional 1,750 trout by the end of May. Remember, no motorized boats are allowed, and campers should register at the kiosk before setting up.
