In a bid to curb drunk driving, law enforcement agencies in Baker, Union, and Malheur counties are considering the formation of a DUI Task Force. Inspired by the success of North Idaho’s DUI Task Force, local agencies are keen to replicate their model. However, concerns about staffing, funding, and Oregon’s laws pose challenges.
