In La Grande, Soroptimist International has generously donated $2,500 to the Eastern Oregon branch of Child Care Resource & Referrals… the regional early learning and childcare program that serves Union, Umatilla, and Morrow Counties. The funds will specifically support new children’s books as part of their Story Time Express Program.
