43 year old Brooke Van Sickle of Wallowa County, has been sentenced for sexual abuse. Van Sickle was found guilty of Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree and Harassment of a Sexual or Intimate Part against three women. Van Sickle will serve 30 days in jail, followed by 40 days on the work crew, and is subject to 36 months of supervised probation. She also must have no contact with the victims and complete drug and alcohol treatment. She is also required to register as a sex offender.
