The Baker County Search and Rescue team was deployed after the sheriff’s office got a call about a chair on the ice on Phillips Reservoir with a large hole next to it, but nobody around. A vehicle was parked at the boat ramp, there was a dog with the vehicle, but nobody else was around. The owner of the vehicle has been determined to be 69 year old Mark Norenberg of Granite, Oregon, who was said to have been ice fishing at the reservoir. At last report, Norenberg remains missing.
