A man is headed to jail for exposing himself in front of a minor last July. 75-year-old Robert Dean Conklin of Baker City pleaded guilty to one count of public indecency in connection with the incident that police say happened back on July 17th while Conklin was sitting in a car at the intersection of Washington and Grove. Conklin will serve 30 days in jail and be subject to 18-months probation. Because he had no criminal history, he will not have to register as a sex offender.
