A long list of sex crimes will send a man from La Grande to prison for a long time. 52 year old Bradley Welch pleaded guilty to along list of felony grade sex charges. Welch was accused of sexually abusing a woman beginning in 2013 when she was still a minor and continuing the abuse until September of 2022. Welch will spend 16 years in prison without any form of reduction or early release and will have to then serve an additional 10 years of post-prison supervision.
