A food cart fire over the weekend in Bend caused about $8,000 in damages. First responders were called out Saturday afternoon around 2 to a report of a fire at The Podski on Northwest Arizona Avenue. They arrived to find smoke coming from the Bigfoot BBQ cart. Crews were able to remove the metal siding of the cart and extinguish the fire, which they say started behind the cooktop. Nobody was hurt.
